You’ll receive 4 one-on-one sessions where we explore the exact moments where your usual patterns begin. The moment where you start pushing too hard. The moment where your body begins tightening. Or the moment where you feel the urge to quietly step away from something that was working. Together we slow those moments down and work through them in real time. Over time, your ability to recognize and respond to these signals becomes natural.
